We bought a new Durango Gold fifth wheel. The day we went to pick it up was great. Erick Coss was the sales associate and he spent 5-6 hours with us going over every detail of the fifth wheel. He made sure there was enough time to tell us everything and answer any question we had. The time he spent with us was so helpful and it really put any concern that we had to rest. HE IS THE BEST! We also talked to Ronnie Sheffield - the service manager - he reassured us that any problem we had all we had to do was call him. He also took time to go over any concerns we might have. The customer service that they provide is awesome. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a rv - they are the best at what they do and if it was possible I would give them a 100 stars!

Our experience at RV Outfitters, and with Rep. Erick Coss, was one of my best big purchase negotiations that I have worked thru in my life. Always we were treated like VIP's, even though we were purchasing a relatively inexpensive trailer compared to the MANY RVs that were offered by the dealership for sale. And I feel we received a very good deal on the financial end. I just scanned the internet for prices of our make, model, and year RV we bought, and RV Outfitters selling price (w/o add-ons we chose) was fully $2000 less than units spread out over the entire USA. Our salesman, Erick, told us several times that prices were cut to the lowest edge, and I think he was absolutely telling the truth! The entire staff - from the Dealership Manager to Justin, the RV Prep specialist, were unfailingly congenial and helpful with advice and suggestions. And a shout-out to Ronnie, Shop manager of the dealership...we had 5 small items that needed attention (ie, we requested the Dinette table be lowered by 2") and he had them completed when we came back from lunch. All the financial arrangements and Warranty details were smooth and streamlined by both the Finance Dept and Mr. Coss. My wife and I were extremely impressed by the entire operation, and sincerely recommend RV Outfitters of Texas as the place to do RV business!

I told Eric what camper I wonted and when I had to have it by Friday if I was going to buy it and on top of that I needed a hitch installed in 2018 tundra and air bags .Eric said let me start working on it Ill make it happen and let me tell you between Ronnie in service and his techs they definitely made it happen. Not only did I get fast responses to my inquiries but I also felt very comfortable going on-site to inspect the 5th wheel camper. Given I was traveling from New England area to buy this RV it had to be worth my time and money to make the trip feeling confident the ad for this RV was exactly as shown on the condition with no surprises. On arrival I was pleased to see they had the RV out front , clean and everything open and operating including getting new batteries in all remotes. I think nearly every employee made an effort to come out and make introductions. Erick and Chris went the extra mile providing me coffee/water even suggesting some great places to grab a bit for lunch in the area. Everyone was very accommodating and made me feel like family. I live 1000 miles away from rv outfitters, found the camper we wanted there , made the deal by phone salesman was great. Paid to have it delivered, he wrecked it before I got it home. I started rebuilding it, with out Jesse in parts department I could not have done this. He is outstanding parts person and so knowledgeable of your needs and just a outstanding guy. I will always go to him for information, parts and rv help. Great guy

I needed a part for my travel before I could leave on a trip the next day. Ronnie and his team was the only service department out off 4 dealers in town that took the time to see exactly what part I needed. They had that part and I was able to go on my trip. They are very professional and courteous and is now my go to dealer. I've had other issues that I've used them for and have had the same friendly experience.

Ive finally found an RV service department that is good, really good! I have taken my rig to these guys for service, insurance repair and maintenance on several occasions. Ronnie has always taken the time to explain the issues, what its going to take to fix the issues and answered every question Ive asked. The best part is, if he doesnt know the answer, he will say so and find the person who can answer the question. He has always kept me updated as the work has progressed and let me know if delays are expected. Transparency at its finest. I will definitely recommend this service department to anyone. The entire staff treated my wife and I well. Upon the purchase, a few items needed to be addressed, manufacture issues. Everyone involved stepped up to the plate and took care of all of the concerns that I had identified. Having owned previous RVs, enjoying the RV life; again it was a very pleasant learning experience. I shopped for many months before I made my final decision; should I want to purchase another I would go back to RV Outfitters of Texas.

I recently purchased a custom ordered Durango Gold 381 from RV Outfitters in Nacogdoches. It was a much better buying experience than my first time at a different place. Patrick did a wonderful job making sure that we got the right unit for us and really took time to ensure we fully understood how everything operated. Their manager did an amazing job getting us a great deal on our financing. I owed more than the trade in value on my travel trailer so he advised me to sell it and I did for the retail value. They even assisted us with getting a better price on our insurance. If you are looking for a new RV this is the place to go for sure.

RV outfitters is by far the best repair I have had. The techs were friendly courteous and willing to do beyond requirements. The time of repair was the quickest I have had from any other repair facility. Will not hesitate to return in the future.
